Data we collect

We only collect what's necessary to keep PupWatch running for you and your dog:

• Your email address and account information
• Your dog's profile — name, breed, age, weight, and photo
• Seizure logs, including duration, triggers, and notes
• Medication schedules and adherence logs
• Push notification tokens (for medication reminders)

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate the service. Specifically, we use it to:

• Store your records securely and make them accessible across your devices
• Send medication reminders at the right time
• Generate vet-ready reports from your seizure and medication logs
• Continuously improve the app experience

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share information only with the infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service:

• Lovable Cloud / Supabase — for data storage and authentication
• Apple and Google — for in-app purchases and subscriptions
• RevenueCat — for subscription management

These providers have no right to use your data beyond what is needed to deliver their services to us.

Storage & security

Your data is stored encrypted in EU-based data centers. We use row-level security, which means only you can access your own records — even at the database level. We are fully GDPR compliant.

Your rights

You have full control over your data. You can export or permanently delete your account at any time by going to Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

You also have the right to access, correct, or port your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@pupwatchapp.com.

Children

PupWatch is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
